This intelligent self-service kiosk is an industrial-grade smart device integrating touch interaction, biometric recognition and multiple peripheral modules, which supports 24/7 uninterrupted unattended operation and is widely applicable in public scenarios such as government affairs, finance, healthcare, transportation and retail.
Adopting a robust industrial design, the device combines a high-definition touch screen, embedded computing core and functional peripherals including ID recognition, face recognition, QR code payment and high-speed printing. Through a customized interactive system, it converts services that originally required manual window processing into self-operable procedures for users, significantly cutting labor costs while extending service hours and coverage.
Currently, this product line has derived multiple form factors including floor-standing, wall-mounted and barrier-free desktop models, which can be customized in appearance and functional modules according to the space requirements of different scenarios. Typical applications include government cross-regional service kiosks, full-process hospital self-service machines, transportation hub check-in terminals and retail self-checkout devices, helping various industries realize digital service upgrading.
1.Body Structure
Made of cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of ≥1.5mm, and the key parts adopt double-layer steel plates with a thickness of ≥2mm. The surface is treated with environment-friendly coating, featuring rust resistance, magnetic shielding, anti-static performance, dustproof and explosion-proof properties. It is equipped with a quick-disassembly maintenance structure, which can quickly open the maintenance panel through a foot-operated locking structure to greatly improve maintenance efficiency. The standard floor-standing model has dimensions of 1850mm (H) * 810mm (W) * 720mm (D), and customized sizes are supported.
2.Display & Touch Module
Equipped with an industrial-grade LCD screen of 17-43 inches with optional configurations, the standard resolution is 1920×1080, the brightness reaches 450cd/㎡, and the viewing angle is 178°/178°. The mainstream touch solutions are capacitive or infrared, supporting multi-touch, with a single-point touch life of 80 million times, 98% light transmittance and anti-riot performance. Some models support glove touch mode.
3.Core Computing Unit
The configurations range from quad-core 2.0GHz ARM processors to industrial-grade Intel i3/i5/i7 processors, with 2GB RAM and 64GB SSD as the baseline. It is compatible with Windows 7/8/10, Android and domestic Kylin operating systems, which can be flexibly selected according to business requirements.
4.Integrated Functional Peripherals
Optional peripherals include ID card reader, 3D structured light face recognition camera, fingerprint scanner, high-speed document camera, barcode/QR code scanner, UnionPay IC card reader, thermal receipt printer, A4 laser printer, password keypad and face payment module. It is also built with intelligent sensing components such as human body proximity sensor, temperature & humidity detector and door opening/closing monitor, as well as LED lighting for operation and maintenance areas.
5.Operating Environment
Designed with AC 220V ±10% 50Hz power supply, it can operate stably in an environment temperature range of -10℃ to 50℃. It supports remote network operation and maintenance through industrial routers, and is built with a data encryption module to ensure the security of business transactions and user information.
